Day 17: Yes, Those Are Toe Stretchers

This is hard.

And my legs and feet hurt.

And there is a lot of extra laundry.

And I’m up too late.

<sigh>

Workout stats if you want ’em:

Ran 5.5 miles in about 50 minutes. Shins and calves sore for the first half.
Did a bunch of abs while watching three of the most uninspired contestants on Jeopardy run the game into the ground.
Foam roller, foam roller, foam roller.
Traumeel on the legs.
